Pre-Prelim--Here I come!

I've got a direction!

In only a few weeks, I'll be presenting my Pre-Prelim ideas. I thought I was into Multi-User Virtual Environments (MUVE) and Communities of Practice (CoP). I did research. I discovered that while I think they are nifty and cool and have some potential, the topic itself in education holds no long-term interest for me. (It's not a career move.) What have I decided to do then? How about what I'm always doing and have been doing for the past 10 years? Guess ... it's going to be ... something to do with Faculty development, CoP, and emerging technologies. Leads well into one of several workshops I'm presenting next week.
